At Urbyn, we’re committed to getting your decor to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Standard Orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days.

Customized Items (including personalized products) and Rugs may take up to 15 business days to ship.

Business days do not include weekends or official public holidays.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returned products.
